In order to operate Music.Info Finland Oy (Musicinfo) Digital Music Copyright Service, Video Sharing Service, Social Media Promotion Service, Social Media Promotion Pro Service and Playlist Placement (Services), we will ask you to provide information, which could include but is not limited to information about yourself and your company. Musicinfo takes the processing of your information very seriously, and makes it a high priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us. Music.Info Finland Oy governs all the information acquired for the purpose of processing the register and the delivery of our Services, including product and service development, special offers and customer relationship management. You can choose not to provide information to us, but without  the above-mentioned information about you it may not be able  to provide you Musicinfo Services.

All payments will be secured through third party payment processing companies: Bambora PayForm and PayPal. When you make a purchase, credit/debit card information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date) or bank account information will be collected by Bambora PayForm and PayPal. We also use CRM software to provide customer service and online chat.

4. With Whom We Whare Your Information


We share your personal data within Musicinfo between the website and Distribution Platform for the purpose of creating your user profile on the Distribution Platform. We always use SSL with http transfers; Database access is limited so that only the platform and one user can access it.

We share your personal data, including name, email address, phone number and country to a third-party service customer relationship management. The purpose of using a CRM is to provide you customer support, e.g., sending you Services’ update information, and newsletters. The information stored in the CRM is managed internally only by certified Musicinfo employees and is not shared with any other third-party.  

Corporate transaction:in the situation such as a sale, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, we may share your personal information. Musicinfo does not rent or sell personal information about you to any other third parties, however, we reserve the right to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by law, or in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

We use a data hosting service to store the information we collect in an encrypted PostgreSQL database.. Musicinfo is committed to protecting the information we collect. While no website can guarantee 100% security, we have implemented pertinent administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to ensure the protection of the personal information you provide.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information


We retain your information until you inform us to have it removed, unless we have a reason and right to use the data under applicable data protection or other mandatory law.

7. Your Rights


You will always have the right to inspect your information and request to change your information by logging into your user account. You have the right to request from Musicinfo as to what personal information is being processed including but not limited to the right to receive a copy of the processed personal data, the right to data portability or restricting  the  processing of your personal data the right to obtain from Musicinfo the rectification or erasure of personal data. In addition, you have a right to opt-out of the usage of your non-personal information for direct marketing purposes, which would require you to make a written or electronic statement to us in accordance with applicable legislation.
