Heikki Halinen has charmed listeners with his Italian-sounding tenor voice. Halinen's strong energy and clear ageless voice have made him one of the most sought-after tenors in Finland.
Tenor Heikki Halinen started singing at the age of 8 in the boys' choir Cantores Minores. Through the years, Halinen has built his craft as a long time student of professor Seppo Ruohonen and completed his studies in Finland with conductor Mikko Franck. He has also sung in master classes of Rilla Kyykä the artistic planning manager of the Finnish National Opera, and in Italy in the master classes of soprano Wilma Vernocchi.
