I began playing the drums at 13 years old in a drum school of Nice, then at 18 we made a pop-rock band with 3 friends and we played a lot in the pubs of French-Riviera. When I finished my studies (Hotel management + business school) at around 25 years old, someone offered me a well-paid job as a percussions player in a new and very trendy place in the heart of Nice, so I said yes to this instead of working in a hotel or all others propositions.
Then I went to Paris where I worked as a bongo player in many very good and prestigious places, did a European tour with the Buddha-Bar (my name is mentioned in their album number 7). Then I went to St-Tropez, where I played in the best places (night clubs & beaches).
For a drummer it’s very important to know as well to play an instrument with notes, I love the bass so I began to learn to play it and it’s a necessary help to create my own songs.
It would take much too long to explain what Music can bring into one’s life, we might have a lunch or a dinner someday to talk more about this Magic subject.
