Class 1975, I like to call myself "a decent self-taught musician". Nevertheless, among the many discs, books, sheets, music and concerts - after abandoning the old life as a computer scientist -, I graduated with honors in Musicology and Musical Heritage.
Musically influenced and kidnapped since I was teenager by the art of great musicians like Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Liszt, Ravel, Debussy, Faure, Poulenc, Duruflé, Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Michael Nyman, Ryuichi Sakamoto and more generally from the "beautiful music" modal or atonal music, jazz or rock, fusion or gospel, Gregorian or symphonic, African or Celtic, I give up "soon" to the life of a software engineer for music, music that I define so inseparable from my personality as much as to say that «I am my music!!».
Multiple work experience. Among these, since 1999 I produce music for soundtracks, commercials and soundtracks in the field of Radio, Television and Film for Rai Com S.p.A., the company that promotes the Rai's intellectual property.
Baobab, Start, BlackOut, GR Parlamento, Uno Mattina, La Vita in Diretta, Chi l'ha Visto, ApriRai, Ballarò, Cominciamo Bene, Mi Manda Rai3, Geo&Geo, Linea Blu, Sereno Variabile, Easy Driver, A Sua Immagine, RAI Educational, TV7, Porta a Porta, 2Next, Domenica In, Tutta Salute, Elisir and La Prova del Cuoco are some of the programs that have used and use my music.
Since 2009 I collaborate as a sound engineer, composer and arranger of music for children and teenagers for the Edizioni Paoline Audiovisivi
Since 2016 I collaborate also with the international artist of contemporary visual art Marinella Senatore. For her I composed the music of several of her performances for some of the most accredited contemporary art museums in the world; these include the Queens Museum in New York, the Kunsthaus in Zurich, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Les Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers in Paris, the Veronica Gallery in Modica in Sicily, the Stelline Foundation in Milan, the Magazzino Italian Art in New York .
