Galit is a singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles. She moved from Israel, where she was born, to Berlin and embarked on a career in film production, before starting to create music. She was a co-founder of  a production films company that produced Hollywood featured films, “SRO entertainment.” She also independently co-produced the Tom Cruise production film “Ask the Dust” starring Salma Hayek, Colin Farrell and Donald Sutherland.

In 2018 Galit launched her new career in music as a singer-songwriter. Two short years later, with two EP’s and over 20 singles under her belt, Galit successfully turned her childhood passion into her vocation. Inspired by artists like Tori Amos and Tracy Chapman she writes lyrics and music that tell stories and speak about the human condition.

Social justice, women's empowerment and gender equality are issues close to her heart. Her dream is to break the stereotype of women and mothers who reach a certain age thought to never be able make it in the music biz. She firmly believes that, "the role of your womb may be over for this lifetime but your ability to create is there for the rest of your life." 

Her goal is to stay in touch and inspire you through her music, and yes also say, “I did it and so can you!” Galit is known for her unique voice and her remarkable Gaelic/Celtic sound.
